I'm a PhD candidate at the University of California, Davis where I'm exploring the sensory categorization of food. I'm interested in developing more effective tools to measure sensory acceptance in new product development. In the past, I worked as a product developer in academia, industry, and startups, and one of my passions is texture optimization in food analogues.
